Lolita meet-up and artsy stuff

Hi theree!~~
How are you?

☆ミ☆ミ☆ミ

Last Saturday there's been a local Lolita meet-up that I attended. We met up in front of the Volkstheater and took some pictures.

We had to wait ages for everyone to arrive. Of course I was there 10 minutes too early just to be sure. Haha~ However when everyone was there we took some more pictures and asked a passenger to take a group pic of us. After that we had dinner at an Austrian restaurant.

Later there would've been a concert of the band Lolita Komplex but I wasn't able to attend that sadly. But I heard there's gonna be another one in December so it's not that bad.

Since I didn't know what to wear I've sewn a frilly shirt the night before.
Excuse my derpy face. Here's what I wore:

Tophat: customized by me
Black frilly shirt: made by me
Vampire Requiem vest: made by me; fabric from Oo Jia
Shorts: customized by me

I enjoy sewing rori-able stuff for myself! ♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ

On Friday I went to a fabric store and bought lots of unnecessary stuff. As always.. ε-(´・`) フ

A lovely hot pink rep, a tiny white/peachy stripe and an old wooden spool of bordeaux yarn.

A soft, orange-y polka dot cotton, peachy lace trims and pearl buttons.

A light black white stripe, cotton lace trim and polyester lace.

As you can tell I'm slightly obsessed with lace.. (o*・ω・)ノ

☆ミ☆ミ☆ミ

I also promised to post more of the stuff I'm working on in school. For now all you get is the finished design. (ノ´∀`*)ノ

Gonna work with apricot-coloured brocade fabric, light rose-patterned organza and soft creamy grosgrain. And of course lots of lace, frills, bows and pearls! (ノ´∀`*)ノ

Next time I'll show you the almost-finished pannier underskirt!

Hope you liked this post!

Kamikaze Girls 7th Anniversary

Hello there!

Sorry for not updating frequently. School is kind of tiring and I'm quite busy with everything!

☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡

However last Sunday we had a local Lolita meet-up in Vienna! Because of the 7th Anniversary of the iconic Lolita movie Kamikaze Girls (Shimotsuma Monogatari; jap) on October 23rd, we rented a cinema to watch the movie together! ♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ

It was really cool to see the movie on such a big screen and with a nice sound! We watched it in Japanese with German subtitles. However I'm also really fond of the soundtrack. I'd link you my favorite song on it but sadly it's not on youtube ♪

I can really recommend the movie to anyone who's into Lolita or Japanese fashion in general. It's really funny and entertaining and you get to see loads of cute Baby, the Stars Shine Bright dresses~

One of the Lolitas gave everyone a little bag with small cupcakes inside. Cute, innit?

After the movie we had dinner at a ramen restaurant. I had La Mien noodles with chicken and it was quite good! I had a great time chatting about Rorita stuffs and personal life. And the movie was awesome of course!

Oh and I got my hair cut! Finally a new hairstyle. I've been dying to get my hair cut. What do you think about it? ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ I kinda like it so far.

Luts Tea Party

Hello everyone~

Last week I've been to a tea party hosted by the Korean BJD company Luts.
The meet took place in a hotel in Vienna which was quite convenient since I live there now.

I had to apply to join the tea party and I got accepted! Altogether we were 8 participants and a lovely host! The host had her honeymoon in Austria so she decided to host the tea party there as well~~

Funny thing is that there were only two Austrian people. Including me. The others were from Germany and Hungary.

We had a nice chat about the company itself and BJDs in general. The host presented the tea party exclusive dolls, heads and outfit sets and I even ordered one of the outfit sets!

Afterwards we had time to take pictures of everyone's dolls and the limited ones. Here are some pics I took!

Gaia~

We also got some nice freebie stuff! A Luts headband for a person and a dolly, a cup with a Luts print and printed pictures!

I really enjoyed the tea party! I wish I'd have had a chance to meet more Austrian BJD collectors though! Too bad~

Netherlands Day 4-6

Hihii~

On the 4th day of my journey to the Netherlands we went to Amsterdam!
Sadly I didn't bring my cam and my mobile's battery died so I couldn't take many pictures! (*´ο`*)=3

When we arrived there we went into a cheese shop!

Lol so typical Dutch! (^□^*)

We also had the most delicious aiju kurimu with whipped cream flavour!

And afterwards we went to the most amazing fabric store I've ever been to! I bought so much stuff thereeee~~ (*´ο`*)=3

Here's what I got in Amsterdam:

Cutesy Disney bags and random stuff

Pastell-y and white lace and trims!

Black lace and ribbons~

☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡

Friday was one of the days I was really looking forward to!
We had a high tea dolly meet~~

However I went to the Haagse Markt with Steff to buy some fabrics and lace. It was really cool there as well (ノ^_^)ノ

Here's my loot!

Cute satin ribbons, lace, pompom trim and some fabrics~

Afterwards we went to the high tea place near the beach in Den Haag! The weather was acting kind of weird. Windy and rainy. Glad we were insideee~

It was soo cool to meet some people I've only knows from dolly communities in real life! ☆ミ(o*・ω・)ノ I had a great time!~~

Now doesn't that look lovely?

My redone Ichigo Pullip by solarsenshi being the strawberry-ish cream topping~

Of course I brought Rielle as well~

Maaike gave us the sweetest presents ever! Totally adorable, innit? ♪

After the high tea some of us went to Irene's place and we had a singstar x pizza party! So much fun ~~ ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡☆彡

On Saturday we didn't really do much. We just went out doing groceries and buying some stuff in Den Haag. Of course I went crazy while shopping..
( ̄ー ̄)

We spent the rest of the day doing crafty stuff and chilling around~

Lots of beads, funny fox tails and stationery!

More parts to come~~

Boring Birthday..

Hello there~
How are you?

☆彡☆彡☆彡

On Sunday, my birthday, there happened to be a picnic within the frame of a Japanese fashion and music meet-up. So I decided to join! I mean what's the point sitting alone at home on my birthday, anyways.. (* ̄o ̄*)/ I wore a black ouji-inspired outfit! Sadly there are no usable photos of it.

However I really don't feel like 19..
It was cool to see some of my friends again, though! \(^∀^)メ(^∀^)ノ Sadly not all of them were that talkactive..

Here are some pictures!

Delicious food made by my friend Miko!

Birthday cupcakes made by friend Momo! ♪

Birthday cake made by my friend Takeru!

My cute Miss Bunny fan! ♥

Today's breakfast~ ☆ミ

☆彡☆彡☆彡

I'm so happy we've got Easter holidays at the moment. Still there's so much to do.. I'm nearly done with my project on Japanese fashion, though! Yush!~

And finally, a picture of myself wearing GEO Princess Mimi Brown lenses! They're so fake yet so cool!

Prom night

Hi there!
Yesterday we've had our prom night! Our theme was Circus, which I was really happy about. Something I was not really happy 'bout was our color concept. Emerald green, purple and creamy white? For a circus-themed prom?

Whatever.. I tried my best to design an appropriate outfit for myself though! I really liked the location though~ It was an old-school theater with red velvet curtains! (゚▽゚*)♪

Everything went well except for one thing. One of our cash registers was stolen. There were about 700€ - 1500€ inside.. ( ̄~ ̄;) The person shall burn in hell for that!!

Here are some pictures including me and my outfits! 八(^□^*)

My friend Jessi and me! (^_-)

Waiting for our guests to arrive! I'm dressed up as a popcorn seller~ ( ´∀`)

I guess all the stress and lack of sleep was worth it! It was a great evening~
