I am doing fine at the moment. The first term is pretty much over and I'm really happy with my results. I am still working on my Roccoco dress and I should get it done by next Friday.

Last time I wrote that I might fly to NL again and I decided to go for it. I booked the flight and will be staying at my friend Mika's place from 3rd to 12th February. Yay!

I am really looking forward to it and I'm trying to make some money to go on a shopaholic shopping spree there. I hope I can as well some other people I met last time again.

Anyways - speaking of my Roccoco dress I thought I might share the current version which is still yet to be finished. I am currently working on the skirt and gonna cluster it with beads, bows, lace and shizzle after that~

I decided to dye my hair today. I was aiming for a light, reddish brunette. However the person at the hairstylist supply store told me I had to bleach my hair before so I can get the desired colour. Did not really work that way. I'm pretty much blonde now. I still don't know how to feel about it. The good thing is that I like the actual colour - it looks vanilla-ish with a hint of honey. Let me know how you feel about it, will ya?

That's it again! Nothing more to contribute at the moment. My life's been busy with school, work and sleep. I also recently started to seriously learn Japanese. Well, so.. I will have a lot to post when I'm back from NL again I think.

Lolita meet-up and artsy stuff

Last Saturday there's been a local Lolita meet-up that I attended. We met up in front of the Volkstheater and took some pictures.

We had to wait ages for everyone to arrive. Of course I was there 10 minutes too early just to be sure. Haha~ However when everyone was there we took some more pictures and asked a passenger to take a group pic of us. After that we had dinner at an Austrian restaurant.

Later there would've been a concert of the band Lolita Komplex but I wasn't able to attend that sadly. But I heard there's gonna be another one in December so it's not that bad.

Since I didn't know what to wear I've sewn a frilly shirt the night before.

Excuse my derpy face. Here's what I wore:

I enjoy sewing rori-able stuff for myself! ♪(ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

On Friday I went to a fabric store and bought lots of unnecessary stuff. As always.. ε-(´・｀) ﾌ

A lovely hot pink rep, a tiny white/peachy stripe and an old wooden spool of bordeaux yarn.

A soft, orange-y polka dot cotton, peachy lace trims and pearl buttons.

A light black white stripe, cotton lace trim and polyester lace.

As you can tell I'm slightly obsessed with lace.. (o*･ω･)ﾉ

I also promised to post more of the stuff I'm working on in school. For now all you get is the finished design. (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

Gonna work with apricot-coloured brocade fabric, light rose-patterned organza and soft creamy grosgrain. And of course lots of lace, frills, bows and pearls! (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

Next time I'll show you the almost-finished pannier underskirt!

Black and White..

Hello~
Today I decided to take pics of my BJDs again.
I took photos of Rielle and Ayori. Rielle wore the same dress as on the last photo but I couldn't help it! I just love the dress to bits. （　´∀｀） Ayori went back to black again. When I got her she was wearing black wigs too. I don't know if I like her that much in black though.. She looks better in golden-brown-ish.

Hello there!

Last weekend I decided to take some dolly pics again since I felt sorry for neglecting them. The victim was Ayori! Ayori was my first BJD. She's a Tender Shall from Dream of Doll~ She can really pull of anything! I love the nostalgic and romantic look about her.
I might have to get a new wig for her though since the one she's currently wearing is getting kind of... unmanageable! And I also really need to get new dolly shoes!

She's wearing a vintage knit vest along with a pintuck-shirt I made.
The belt - actually a hairband - was made by my friend Irene!



I also have to save up to buy a new head for my Ariadoll Narvy! I swear she's got the nicest BJD body I've ever seen~ But where to get 150$ from without robbing a bank! (´＿｀。)
My BG Aurora is also in need of a makeover.

I want to fill myself with sweet things only..

Wouldn't we all want to do that? Well obviously we can't because we'd end up looking like pigs.

Hello my dearest blog-readers! ♥
I'm sorry I didn't post in such a long time. I really felt guilty and was looking for stuff to post! Now I've got 2 quite interesting things I can post about!

I'll start with a BJD topic~

Recently, while browsing through my tumblr dashboard, I saw some really nice looking Lolita-ish dressed BJDs and I figured my BJDs don't even really have any Lolita clothes. Just Lolita-inspired ones~ As I have holidays now, Merry Christmas btw~, I took some time to sew a nice dress for Rielle. My intention was actually to sew a dress to try tea-dying but this experiment kinda failed. I tried to dye it with strawberry-vanilla-flavoured tea but all the colour faded away while drying..
Anyways here are the pictures:
