Lolita meet-up and artsy stuff

Last Saturday there's been a local Lolita meet-up that I attended. We met up in front of the Volkstheater and took some pictures.

We had to wait ages for everyone to arrive. Of course I was there 10 minutes too early just to be sure. Haha~ However when everyone was there we took some more pictures and asked a passenger to take a group pic of us. After that we had dinner at an Austrian restaurant.

Later there would've been a concert of the band Lolita Komplex but I wasn't able to attend that sadly. But I heard there's gonna be another one in December so it's not that bad.

Since I didn't know what to wear I've sewn a frilly shirt the night before.

Excuse my derpy face. Here's what I wore:

I enjoy sewing rori-able stuff for myself! ♪(ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

On Friday I went to a fabric store and bought lots of unnecessary stuff. As always.. ε-(´・｀) ﾌ

A lovely hot pink rep, a tiny white/peachy stripe and an old wooden spool of bordeaux yarn.

A soft, orange-y polka dot cotton, peachy lace trims and pearl buttons.

A light black white stripe, cotton lace trim and polyester lace.

As you can tell I'm slightly obsessed with lace.. (o*･ω･)ﾉ

I also promised to post more of the stuff I'm working on in school. For now all you get is the finished design. (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

Gonna work with apricot-coloured brocade fabric, light rose-patterned organza and soft creamy grosgrain. And of course lots of lace, frills, bows and pearls! (ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

Next time I'll show you the almost-finished pannier underskirt!

Netherlands Day 4-6

Hihii~

On the 4th day of my journey to the Netherlands we went to Amsterdam!
Sadly I didn't bring my cam and my mobile's battery died so I couldn't take many pictures! (*´ο`*)=3

When we arrived there we went into a cheese shop!


Lol so typical Dutch! (＾□＾*)




We also had the most delicious aiju kurimu with whipped cream flavour!


And afterwards we went to the most amazing fabric store I've ever been to! I bought so much stuff thereeee~~ (*´ο`*)=3

Friday was one of the days I was really looking forward to!
We had a high tea dolly meet~~

However I went to the Haagse Markt with Steff to buy some fabrics and lace. It was really cool there as well (ノ^_^)ノ

Afterwards we went to the high tea place near the beach in Den Haag! The weather was acting kind of weird. Windy and rainy. Glad we were insideee~

It was soo cool to meet some people I've only knows from dolly communities in real life! ☆ﾐ(o*･ω･)ﾉ I had a great time!~~

On Saturday we didn't really do much. We just went out doing groceries and buying some stuff in Den Haag. Of course I went crazy while shopping..

We spent the rest of the day doing crafty stuff and chilling around~


Lots of beads, funny fox tails and stationery!

Netherlands Day 1-3

Hello thereee!

I'm finally back from the Netherlands and I had a great time there meeting new people and getting to know people I've known for quite some time online for real! Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ

My journey to the airport started on the 3rd of July at 3.30 am. I arrived quite early at the airport so I had lots of time to check the airport and go to several shops. The plane took off at 9.10 am~



When I arrived at 10.30-ish my friend Irene was already waiting for me and we went to a BJD-meet right after we dropped my luggage at her placeee. I had a lot of fun at the doll meet! I'm glad people spoke English to me, lol.


We had some snacks while meeting up with our BJDs in some park! I got to know new people there which was really cool! And I tried out Stroopwafels for the first time. (￣▽￣)ノ

On the 2nd day we went to Den Haag to do some shopping! We started with lunch at Bagels&Beans! I loveeed it~


I had an awesome iced green tea!~


And a bagel with lettuce, mustard and ham!


Den Haag was really nice to do some shopping! I also really enjoyed the architecture.


I also spent quite some money on that day already. Lol~ (｡･_･｡)σ

Some lovely bags, a tool to make nice fabric roses, some deco items and pink wooden clogs!


I also got some mochi with lycee and sesame flavour. And some Copic blending paper! Can't wait to use it.

Shopping time ☆

My final exams have started and the first week is over! I survived~ I hope I passed accounting.. (*´ο`*)=3

However today I went shopping with my mom and my sister.. after AGES! I can't even remember when I went shopping for the last time.. (;´ρ`)

Semi-Hiatus..

Hello dear blog readers,

I'm sorry for not blogging last week.
☆、。･:*:･゜`★
I currently am really busy with school assignments! I'm finishing my Lolita collection at the moment and I also have to write 25 pages for textile technology... （；´д｀ ） Next Friday I'll attend the open day of yet another University. Travelling is so expensive!
However last week I sold my BJD Ayori to my friend Irene, who is now taking care of her. With the money I decided to get my own SLR camera. The Nikon D40 I had, was shared between me and my brother. And since he lives about an hour away it was hard to handle. I found a nice deal for a Canon EOS 500D though, and since my birthday is about to come I decided to go for it!

I'll get it sometime next week! Looking forward to it! ♪(ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

And I also got new shoes. I ordered some discounted sequin sneakers from ASOS.com! Although they are a tiny bit too big, they are really awesome. They only were about 11€.



Finally, me camwhoring. I'm wearing my oversized denim shirt! I think it was my grandpa's.（　´∀｀） And those are not my real glasses yet. I'll get those sometime next week, too.



I'm afraid I won't be able to post that much in the next few weeks. I hope you'll understand!

Camwhoring and so on..

Hey there!
How are you doing? ♪(ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ

Right now it's carnival-time here in Austria. Since I'm not so keen on getting drunk while being dressed up in a fancy outfit, I don't really participate. Although some of my classmates dressed up for school today and I thought I shouldn't let them down and wear something funny at least. In ended up wearing kitty ear clips!

Nyan nyan~ ＼(＾▽＾*) I know,.. kitty ears.. How cheesy!


I also wore the new tubescarf and necklace I bought some time ago! ♪(ﾉ´∀｀*)ﾉ


However, on Thursday I'm going to Vienna again! Another 40€ for the train ride.. ugh.. There's the open-day of the university I want to attend after this year! So I gotta prepare loads of questions about the application project! Tomorrow I'll also get informed about if I got accepted at my back-up plan school, which lasts one year and focuses on theatre-clothing. So nervous!!~





Some time ago I was chatting with my friend about circle lenses and that my circle lenses, some grey GEO ones, were too unnoticeable in my opinion. So she told me about the GEO Bambi Style lenses! I fell in love with them~ I ordered a pair in choco brown just a few days ago. Exciteeeed! Especially because they're 14,5 mm!~ Can't wait for them to arrive! Here's a picture of Tsubasa wearing them.



My plans for the weekend are to do some more deco stuff and jewellry again! I neglected it so much..

Strawberry Roll Cake and school issues..

Hello dear followers!

On Friday I went shopping again~ I feel like I'm spending too much money lately. I had to get a few Deco-supplies though. I am currently working on my diploma project about the evolution of fashion in Japan. So far I did 18 pages! 7 more to go~ I'm also supposed to do a few basic patterns and do a layout for my diploma project. On Wednesday I'll have an admission interview on a Master School which would focus on theatrical dressmaking and last one year. I'll still try to apply on the University of Applied Arts in Vienna but since they only take about 10 students, I need a backup plan.
However, here is what I bought:

I finally got new earphones to match my Swimmer cord-roll-thingie I got from my friend!

Later that day, my mom and I decided to bake! We had two packages of strawberries so we made a strawberry roll cake. I made the filling and my mom made the biscuit base.

On Monday I went shopping to Salzburg!
I love hunting clothes on sale's time! I snatched a few nice things! And spent quite a lot of money. (*´ο`*)=3 Here's what I got:
